Terms of Service
By using SpokeTrack, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1) Service description
SpokeTrack helps manage bike fleets, customer lists, rentals, maintenance, and operational analytics.
2) Account and authorization
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe.
- You may manage only fleets and devices you are authorized to use.
- Data you add must be accurate and legally processable.
3) Allowed use
You may not:
- Use the app for illegal activity.
- Upload malware or harmful content.
- Bypass permissions, access other fleets, or exploit vulnerabilities.
- Use the service to deceive, harass, or abuse others.
4) Subscriptions
- Access and features are provided according to active plans in the app.
- Billing is handled through platform billing where applicable.
- We may change pricing or limits and will post notice in release notes.
5) Third-party services
Some features depend on third-party services (for example Firebase, analytics, notifications). Their terms also apply.
6) Limitation of liability
SpokeTrack stores and organizes operational data but does not directly process bike rentals or direct payments.
To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect losses, business interruption, or data inaccuracies caused by unsupported external integrations.
7) Changes and termination
We may update these Terms, remove features, or discontinue part of the service. If you do not accept changes, stop using the app.
Accounts can be suspended or terminated for serious misuse or repeated security violations.

Additional Legal Terms
9) Limited license and app stores
- We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use SpokeTrack only for lawful business operations.
- If you downloaded the app via Apple App Store or Google Play, their platform terms also apply. Billing, cancellation, and refunds are handled by the platform you purchased through.
10) Customer legal responsibility for personal data
- You are responsible for having a lawful basis, required notices, and any required consents for personal data you enter into SpokeTrack.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of data you input and for your own compliance with privacy, employment, tax, transport, and consumer-protection laws.
- Unless separately agreed in writing, you are responsible for handling data-subject/consumer requests from your end customers.
11) Intellectual property and feedback
- The app, software, and branding are owned by the Provider or its licensors.
- Feedback you provide may be used by us without compensation to improve the service.
12) Warranty disclaimer
- To the maximum extent allowed by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a specific purpose, or error-free performance.
13) Indemnity
- You agree to defend and indemnify the Provider from third-party claims, losses, and expenses arising from your unlawful use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of others' rights.
14) Governing law and disputes
- Unless mandatory local consumer law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the law of the country where the Provider is established, and disputes are resolved by competent courts in that country.
- Before formal legal action, both sides agree to try to resolve disputes in good faith via jetware.software@gmail.com.
15) Translation and priority
- Local-language versions are provided for convenience. To the extent allowed by law, the English version controls in case of inconsistency.
