Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how SpokeTrack ("we", "us") collects, uses, stores, and shares data when you use the SpokeTrack app.
SpokeTrack is a fleet management app with role-based access (admin, operator, member). The app uses Firebase, Amplitude, crash reporting and in-app subscription functionality.
1) Data we collect
- Account information you provide: name, email, phone number, role, password reset details.
- Fleet, bike, client, and rental records you enter (including notes, contact details, email addresses, dates and usage logs).
- Device and usage data needed for stability and product quality: app version, crash logs, region settings, event logs.
- Support and feedback messages that you send.
2) How we use data
- To authenticate and secure your account.
- To manage users, fleets, bikes, rentals, maintenance, and analytics.
- To display correct UI text, tabs and notifications.
- To improve reliability, fix bugs, and improve product quality.
- To verify subscription status and access rights.
3) Legal basis
- We process data to deliver the service and keep the service secure.
- Where applicable, this is based on your consent (optional analytics/feedback), legitimate interests (fraud prevention and safety), or legal obligations.
4) Sharing and processors
We share personal data only with service providers needed to run SpokeTrack:
- Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Storage, Analytics, Crashlytics)
- Amplitude
- Subscription and billing providers
We do not sell personal data for advertising.
5) Retention and security
- Data is kept as long as needed to provide the service and for any applicable retention rules.
- Client history may be kept for multi-year periods according to project requirements.
- We use role-based access, authentication controls, and standard encryption-in-transit.
6) Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, or lawful restrictions of processing.
If your region gives you privacy rights (for example GDPR/CCPA), you can also request data portability where allowed by law.
7) Children and sensitive data
SpokeTrack is intended for business and team use, and is not directed to children.
Additional Legal Notice (GDPR/CCPA Baseline)
8) Data controller and processor roles
- The legal provider of SpokeTrack is shown in the app listing or purchase flow ("Provider").
- For customer operational data entered by a company or team, that company or team is the data controller. SpokeTrack acts as data processor on its instructions.
- For account administration, service security, subscription verification, fraud prevention, and product diagnostics, SpokeTrack acts as a data controller.
9) International transfers
- Data may be processed in countries other than your own.
- Where required, we use Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent safeguards.
10) Required data and automated decisions
- Some data (for example login and fleet-assignment data) is required to provide the service. If you do not provide it, core features may not work.
- SpokeTrack does not use solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about individuals.
11) EEA/UK/Swiss privacy rights
- Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, and data portability.
- Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw consent at any time.
- You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
12) California notice (CCPA/CPRA)
- California residents may request to know, correct, delete, and obtain a portable copy of personal information, subject to legal exceptions.

- We process limited sensitive personal information only as needed to provide and secure the service.
- We do not discriminate against users for exercising privacy rights.

13) App Store / Google Play billing notice
- Subscription purchase, cancellation, and refunds are handled by the billing platform you used (for example Apple App Store or Google Play), according to that platform's terms.
